Thanks for seeking us out. We're pleased that you are interested in learning more about us and our community of worship and we hope that you will visit us in person sometime soon. Whether you are a visitor, a newcomer, an inquirer or a member of another church or faith tradition, you are welcome to join us for our Sunday services or other church activities.

Spirit of the Desert is a reconciling, affirming, and inclusive Christian community striving through worship, love, and service to welcome ALL people just as God created you. No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome at the Lord's table and at Spirit. Whether you are single, married, divorced, separated, or partnered, our welcome knows no boundaries of age, race, ethnicity, culture, gender, sexual orientation, economic condition, physical or mental ability. We practice Christ's unconditional love and radical hospitality and believe that God delights in the diversity of creation.
Worship at Spirit of the Desert is a celebration of God's love and grace. We welcome equally the faithful, the seeker, the believer, and the doubter.
Our Sunday worship service begins at 3:00 p.m. and is the perfect way to bring a busy day to a peaceful close. Spirit also offers seasonal services and activities throughout the Church year. See our calendar of events for other worship services and special activities.
We're not easy to find but we're definitely worth searching for. We are located in the Coyote Gulch Art Village in Kayenta (Ivins) Utah. From Old Highway 91, turn onto Kayenta Parkway and continue approximately one mile North. Take the second turn-in to the art village and park in the large parking lot behind unit D. (Look for the Spirit of the Desert signs). Click on the "Where we are located" link at left for a detailed map and additional instructions.
